Altra Custom Manufacturing Inc. pipe and duct supports provide secure and adaptable solutions for supporting rooftop mechanical services. Designed for durability, these systems accommodate pipes, conduits, refrigerant lines, and HVAC ductwork.
Pipe roller supports allow for smooth movement caused by thermal expansion and contraction, reducing stress on both the system and the roof. Duct supports provide stable mounting while allowing necessary adjustments.
With multiple configurations available, these systems ensure reliable performance, easy installation, and long-term efficiency for rooftop service support.
Pipe Roller Supports (PRS) Pate Pipe Roller Supports (PRS) are manufactured to securely attach any size pipe, electric conduit, or refrigerant line to the roof of a commercial building. The PRS mounts onto Pate Equipment Supports (ES) to create a strong, watertight roof connection. A PRS consists of galvanized steel track (Unistrut), fittings, washers, and a painted cast iron roller. The PRS accommodates easy vertical and horizontal adjustment to support pipes and other service lines. Rollers allow pipes to expand and contract freely without affecting the roof membrane. Easy to install, Pate PRS are available with Pate equipment supports in styles to match roof construction.
